36 years ago, I started making jerky and sausage for loved ones, friends, and neighbors.  People asked for my products because I took the time to make them right.  No rushing.  No skimping.  No shortcuts.  

That small start from long ago has turned into a fast-growing company.  I trust my leadership team to embrace my get-it-right philosophy and move ahead without ever losing sight of the strictest importance: great product quality and wonderful customer experience.  Simple as that.
